How to Use
BlogSigs can be configured to work with Outlook, Gmail, Yahoo! Mail, and Hotmail.

To configure BlogSigs, first download & install the program. Then run the program if it is not already running.

To check if it is running, look in the Windows system tray for the BlogSigs icon:

If BlogSigs is not running, you can run it by going to the Windows Start menu, All Programs. Click the BlogSigs menu item:

Once BlogSigs is running, you can double-click on the BlogSigs tray icon to open the Options dialog box. Here you can configure the e-mail clients where you want your signature updated, specify the RSS URL of the blog from which you want BlogSigs to pull entry titles, the update frequency, and the text that will be appended in your signature. Note: You must first create an email signature in Outlook by launching Outlook and going to Tools | Options... | Mail Format | Signatures button.
The BlogSigs extension for Firefox supports Gmail, Yahoo! Mail, and Hotmail. The extension adds your signature to your email when you compose a new email message in one of these email programs while using Firefox.

First download & install the Firefox extension. After you click on the Download link on the Download page, you will see the window below. Click on "Open with" then OK. Then, wait for the download to complete. You will know the download is complete when a separate window titled "Software Installation" shows a button that says "Install Now". Click Install Now to install the Add On. After installation, restart Firefox.

To configure the program, Start Firefox and on the Tools menu click Add Ons.

Click the Options button for BlogSigs.

Specify your RSS feed URL and the text to insert. The feed URL is a complete URL starting with "http://".
You can modify the signature text to insert. BlogSigs will replace "%blog%" with a link to your latest post title when
it inserts the signature into your email.
BlogSigs for Mac supports Entourage and mail.app.
